Argentine Small Plates at Caspar Bread & Wine

One night. Five plates. Argentina by way of the Mendocino coast.

  • When: Thursday, August 20 · 5 PM–10 PM
  • Where: Caspar Bread & Wine, Caspar, CA
  • Cost: Small plates, priced individually. Live tango 6:30-9:30 PM, wine by the glass.

Chef Keith Kalm brings a menu of Argentine-inspired small plates to Caspar Bread & Wine for an evening of food, wine, and tango. Flaky laminated empanadas, molten provoleta over grilled bread, seared flank with house chimichurri — grazing food built for a room in motion. Rooted in the classics of Buenos Aires, threaded with the seaweed and vegetables of our own coastline.

Come for the tango, stay for the table. Wine flows, the floor opens, and the plates keep coming.
